The Fiber 35 Diet, created by popular nutritional consultant and author Brenda Watson, believes that the only way to effective lose unwanted weight and keep it off is to reduce the amount of calories that we consume every day. Soluble fiber can be found in beans, nuts and fruits, and should compose 35% of the fiber in your diet. Meanwhile, insoluble fiber moves through the digestive tract faster, rapidly sweeping the intestines of dangerous debris. Insoluble fiber should compose 65% of the diet in your fiber.
